At Tom Hall Fitness we offer a wide range of training services, suitable for individual training goals or preferred workout style.

  • 1:1 Personal Training

    Ideal for those with a personal goal, work with your training professional to build a programme to reach your target, whether that be weight loss, muscle gain, pre or post-natal, injury recovering or simply starting your fitness journey.

    Sessions can be booked on an ad hoc basis or a course of 10.

    1:1 sessions permit one-hour free entry to the gym either before or after your session.

    24 hour cancellation policy: Personal Training Sessions that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full. Unless they can be covered.

  • Group sessions

    If 1:1 sessions aren’t for you, then why not work out with your friends? These sessions let you work out as a small selected group at a reduced cost.

    Available from 2 to 6 people in one session. You can create your own social PT group or we can find you a suitable group with others of the same fitness level.

  • Saturday morning group session

    Every Saturday morning 8am – 10am

    Due to high demand and limited space, this is the only session that requires pre-booking and advanced payment.

  • Walk-ins

    Want to come to the gym and do your own thing? No problem!

    After your one-off membership induction, you can use our pay as you go scheme to drop in whenever suits you.

  • Yoga and Pilates

    If you would like to take the holistic approach and looking for something more mind and strength based. We offer weekly Yoga and Pilates classes. Please contact our instructors directly.
