About Tom

I’m Tom Hall – Founder and Director of Tom Hall Fitness, Bagshot. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, I am a trainer who puts my clients’ goals at the heart of what I do. I offer the highest standard of personal training with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

If you train with me and my team, every session will be tailored to meet your needs. Whether you want to improve your overall fitness, work on strength training, or just shift a few pounds. We’ll design effective and realistic fitness plans to suit your individual needs.

You’ll see me in the gym every day running personal training sessions, bootcamps and group training. We offer indoor, outdoor, and online training with bespoke packages at times to suit you. Based in Bagshot, we service clients with personal training and fitness classes across Surrey.

Harriet Jones

Hi, I’m Harriet. I am a personal trainer and yoga teacher specialising in pre & post natal fitness. 

I am a mum of 2 and understand how hard it can be to prioritise yourself & your body after having children.

I believe that fitness should be a lifestyle choice rather than a chore & so I will bring you exciting, fun sessions whilst helping you to achieve your goals and help you feel better physically and mentally.

Kim Gardner

My name is Kim and I have worked in the health and fitness industry since I completed my degree in Exercise, Nutrition & Health in 2012. I am a certified Mobility & Strength Coach and specialise in improving movement to reduce low back pain. I love training my clients at Tom Hall Fitness as it’s a welcoming space and there’s plenty of quality gym equipment to work with.

Steph Hills

Hello, my name is Steph and I’ve been practicing yoga for 10 years, before finally recently undertaking my 200-Hour yoga teacher training with a prestigious yoga school in London. I’m excited to bring this ancient practice into the modern world and help us all to slow down, be mindful, reconnect and feel more grounded.

My classes combine movement with breath, with vinyasa flows that strengthen our muscles whilst releasing any trapped energy or stiffness. We’ll balance power poses with restorative stretching and leave you feeling stronger and refreshed, ready to face the world off the mat. 

Whether you are experienced or a beginner, everyone is welcome - let’s embrace the wiggles together and feel good in our bodies. See you on the mat!
